Thank you for your interest. Rental is available as of July 1st, 2018. Please tell me a bit about yourself, how many people will be living with you in the rental, and your current employment.

 

As a reminder, these are the following terms & requirements to be provided once we are in contact:

• Min 12-month lease, first & last deposit + 10 post-dated cheques

• No pets, non-smokers & AAA tenants only 

• Credit check with score (equipfax.ca)

• Signed job letter with gross income & length of employment

• Completed Rental Application (to be provided)
